Carrot Puree Recipe

Age Indication:

6 - 8 Months

What you will need:

  • 1 medium carrot
  • Your baby's usual milk or cooled down boiled water

How to cook it:

  • 1

    Wash the carrot

  • 2

    Peel carrot, and cut into slices ½ cm thick

  • 3

    Boil or steam for 8–10 mins

  • 4

    Cool slightly, and add 2 tbsp of water or milk

  • 5

    Blend until it’s smooth and has no visible lumps (use more liquid if you need to make it runnier)
