Spinach Puree Recipe

Age Indication:

6 - 8 Months

What you will need:

  • Around half a bag of spinach, or 50g
  • Your baby's usual milk or cooled down boiled water

How to cook it:

  • 1

    Wash the spinach

  • 2

    Cook in pan until the leaves are dark and floppy

  • 3

    Cool slightly, and add 2 tbsp of water or milk

  • 4

    Blend until it’s smooth and has no visible lumps (use more liquid if you need to make it runnier)
