Scrambled Egg Yolk With Cheese And Tomato Recipe

What you will need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp of milk
  • 12g of butter
  • 12g of grated white cheese
  • 1 grilled tomato
  • 1 slice of multigrain bread, cut into strips

How to prepare it:

    Cut the tomatoes into halves, place on a baking tray under the grill and cook for 5 mins at 160°C/320°F/fan 140°C/gas mark 3

    Remove and allow to cool

    Whisk together the eggs and milk

  • 4

    Heat the butter in a non-stick frying pan

  • 5

    Add the eggs and whisk continuously for 2–3 mins, until it’s soft but cooked thoroughly

  • 6

    Remove from the heat, and stir in the grated cheese
