Boiled vegetables is a great way to introduce a variety of vegetables for your little one! Boiled to the right softness, small cubes of vegetables allow your baby to discover the textures and sensations of semi-solid food!

- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 30 grams carrot, peeled and cut into ½ cm cubes
- 50 grams potato, peeled and cut into ½ cm cubes
- 20 grams red pumpkin, peeled and cut into ½ cm cubes
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- A pinch of turmeric powder
Heat the ghee in a non-stick pan, add carrot, potato and red pumpkin and mix well.
Add cumin powder and turmeric powder then stir to mix.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat till the vegetables turn soft. Sprinkle water if necessary.
Serve at room temperature.
