  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • A dash of lemon juice
  • Approx. 100ml unsweetened grape juice
  • Bebelac Cereal - My First Rice
  • 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
  • Water for cooking

    Peel, core and chop the apple into cubes.

    Place apple cubes in a pan and cover with water. Simmer for 6-7 minutes on a medium heat with the lid on.

    Chop and mash the banana with a dash of lemon juice.

    To the drained apple cubes and banana purée, stir in unsweetened grape juice and Bebelac Cereal - My First Rice, to achieve a smooth paste-like consistency.

    Let it cool and mix together with natural yogurt to taste.
