Privacy Policy

Please read this private policy statement and understand the relevant actions concerning your private information. These policies may change without prior notice, therefore, please review these protocols regularly for any changes.

  • 1. Cookies
  • A cookie is a small data file that will be collected in your web browser in order to track visiting information. So when you visit our website in the future, the server may immediately recognise that you have been to the website before.
  • Cookies are not a program that will destroy any files in the computer, they are simply used to track visiting information such as which pages users visit, at which pages users usually start and stop, how frequently users visit the website, etc.
  • We do not use cookies to track the identity of the actual user; our cookies will only tell if a certain computer has visited our website in the past.
  • Cookies will not collect personal information such as names or e-mail addresses. Nevertheless, if you do not wish to have cookies in your computer, you may configure your web browser to reject them.
  • Benefits of cookies
  • (1). To collect visitor information and information of individual members; to customise products, goods and services best suited to individual needs.
  • (2). To evaluate the number of visitors. Different browsers will have different uses for cookies that can distinguish visitors as members or non-members.
  • This information is useful for presenting advertisements that best suit a target audience, evaluating user interests, and the user’s internet usage pattern.
  • (3). To check usage frequency or visiting pattern. These tracking cookies help us to understand the user’s character and habits. They will help us improve our services, contents, advertising patterns, and promotional activities offered on the website to best suit individual needs.
  • 2. Electronic newsletters
  • Our site may offer you a free electronic newsletter. We will gather the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. You may remove yourself from this mailing list through the subscription management pages or by sending an e-mail message to the appropriate address listed in the newsletter.
  • Bebecare delivers newsletters, marketing and product offerings via email to only registered recipients from our subscription center. The email tracking system recognises the URL that was clicked, and records some information about you and your computer, such as the email address that you provided to us, the browser, operating system and IP address.
  • We also use the feature of your browser to set a “”cookie”” on your system. This allows us to measure and report the click through rate on e-mails delivered to help us determine future content.
  • We will not provide specific user information to any third party company.
  • 3. “”Send this story to a friend”” service
  • You can choose to electronically forward a story or article to someone else by clicking the link at the top of that story. You must provide your email address, as well as that of the recipient. This information is used only in the case of transmission errors and, of course, to let the recipient know who sent the story. The information is not used for any other purpose.
  • 4. Surveys
  • Occasionally Bebecare may conduct user surveys to better target our content to our audience. We sometimes share the aggregated demographic information in these surveys with our partners. We never share any of this information about specific individuals with any third party.
  • 5. Contests and sweepstakes
  • Bebecare may offer contests and sweepstakes in which we request certain personal information. At a minimum, the required information includes name and email address; in some cases, you must answer mandatory survey questions about a range of other personal data. The information gathered in the entry form is used to verify your identity, to send you an email notification that your entry has been received, and to contact winners and/or prize recipients. There are two situations in which we will divulge this information to a third party provided you give express consent:
  • (A) You may expressly choose to receive additional information from the contest sponsor, in which case your personally identifiable information is divulged to the advertiser.
  • (B) Some of the contests may be hosted on our site but administered by the sponsor; in such cases, the information you provide is passed on to the third party as long as you give express consent.
  • Because the rules and terms of each contest can vary, all information about each contest is clearly posted during the event. All contests and sweepstakes are conducted in full accordance with UAE law.
  • 6. Usage Tracking
  • We track user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites.
  • 7. Privacy
  • Bebecare cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted over the internet in any case, whether on data inflow to Bebecare or outflow from Bebecare back to you. However, Bebecare will do its best to secure all information flow over the internet.
  • 8. Other issues
  • Be careful when disclosing personal information while you are online such as when you are using e-mail. This information may be collected and used by another party. Therefore, you must keep your personal information secret.
